Egyptian star Mohamed Salah becomes the second African to reach Premier League 100-goal feat after Didier Drogba as Liverpool beats Leeds United 3-0 in the 4th league match for the 2021-22 season.

It is also a memorable one for the Egyptian ace who marked his 98th league goal for the Reds. He is closely followed by his teammate from Senegal Sadio Mane who has scored a total of 97 goals in the Premier League.
In a tweet, the Premier League recognized Mo Salah as he is fondly called as The fifth-quickest player to reach 100 Premier League goals!
Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp has congratulated the sensational forward.
“With Mo’s record, it’s crazy. I don’t know how many he can break and he’s probably desperate to do so,” Klopp said as he showers praises to Salah while speaking to Sky Sports.
“Since he joined us, what a player! And he’s still hungry.
“I saw him in the dressing room and we were all in the situation concerning Harvey but he was still not happy for not scoring one or two other goals. That’s how top-class players are and that’s fine.”
